The definition to happy is described in the dictionary as whats stated above. 

Tonight, I found out what MY definition of happiness is.

Music.

Sure, music plays big roles in everyones life. But honestly, thinking back, all of the moments I can remember being truly happy, is always involved with music.

Wether it be standing around a concert venue, being crammed up front in the mosh pit and not being able to breath, dancing around like a maniac, watching the insane light show with each song, straining to see the stage from the back of the venue, or even talking with friends in between bands.

But not all the moments of true happiness involved with music reside inside the actually venue. 

It can also be found laying on your bed, with eyes closed singing with each word, or turning up the volume loud and blaring it through the house, sitting in the car with friends - driving around with music blaring. 

But when you actually get the chance to meet the amazing people who have created this incredible music that brings a smile to your face and a sense of warmth and comfort to your heart. You can't help but go a little crazy inside. 

When you actually get to hold a long and intellectual conversation with these people about the music they have made that has impacted you so drastically. 

That my dear friends, is my definition of true

HAPPINESS.

Tonight I had the opportunity to meet someone so inspiring, someone so amazing and incredible and he goes by the name of 

Alex Deleon.

Not only did I spend my afternoon with him discussing his insanely inspiring music, my long journey to finally come see his band in concert, I also got the opportunity to show him my home, and discuss with him the importance of music in general.

Exploring the town that you have spent  so many countless and amazing nights in with the person who inspires you more than anything is truly an honor.

I'm still in shock that it even happened.

Today I got to take Alex to the mall, find out what types of things he truly enjoys and talk to the one guy who I've been inspired by for quite awhile now.

I don't think anyone, really anyone, understands how much today meant to me. 

So much to the point where I might even cry.

Not only is Alex an incredible lyricist, he is an incredible person and just an all around good and fun guy to be around. 

Good vibes no matter what.

Tonight I danced, I laughed, and even cried a little. 

But most importantly, I met one of the most incredible and sincere guys to ever walk into my life. 

Alex Deleon is without a doubt, my hero, and someone who I see myself looking up to for quite awhile.

Thank you Alex, for the best day and night of my entire life. 

Thank you for helping me find my true happiness.

And thank you for building a memory with me that will forever have a secure part in my heart.
